i want to die but i want to eat tteokbokki
i gleaned an insight from this book, i want to die but i want to eat tteokbokki
her therapist said that she tends to think of people's behaviors as indications of "they like me" or "they hate me" ... i do that too...
which is why i FLIPPED when the altweggs didn't respond -- i took it to mean: they hate me
but when i stepped back and thought about it i saw a more nuanced view...i remembered the good things they did for me
the author said that she likes it when people introduce her to new books and music. SO DO I -- i feel like youtube kinda does that for me though...
i think books and music themselves can also replace friends
something to consider next time i get pissed off...
but also it's fully ok to not like someone.
